    STEM

    1. Burnished stem for low torque and extremely long life 
    2. Design conforms to fugitive emission standards 
    3. Stem drive dimensions adhere to ISO 5211 for ease in direct mounting 
    4. Dual anti-static system assures safety

    GLAND SEAL

    1. Unique Graphite sealing for high temperature applications
    2. V-packing for low friction for normal temperature media
    3. Gland packing is lifetime loaded by spring, preventing re-tightening.

    DUAL BODY SEAL

    1. Combination of soft and Graphite body seal ensures zero leak
    2. Dual Graphite seals for high temperature application. 

    VALVE MOUNTING

    1. Direct mount as per ISO 5211
    2. Eliminates coupler and hence ensures perfect alignment
    3. Eliminates bracket and hence ensures rigid mounting of actuator

    STEM EXTENSION

    1. Gland packing provided on top of the stem extension- Most manufacturers provide gland packing 

    2. while doing any maintenance the cladding has to be disturbed or removed. This is completely avoided by using FOURNEYRON Valves.

    3. This design also provides better stem sealing, as the packing

      is relocated away from the temperature of the process.

    HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION

    1. Valve designed to take heavy piping loads and distortion
    2. Dual body seal design. 

    RANGE

    1. Class #150 to #2500 SPL

    2. Screwed, Socket Weld, Butt Weld, Flanged etc

    3. Wide range of material for body, stem and ball

    4. Standard seat material is TFM 1600. Other options available are-PTFE, GFT, CFT, PEEK, Metal Seated etc.
